KARIM BENZEMA moved level with Raul as Real Madrid’s second top goal scorer in history after scoring in the 6-0 win against Levante.
The French striker, who arrived from Lyon in 2009, brought up 323 goals for Los Blancos in the rout at the Bernabeu on Thursday night.
Benzema matched Raul’s tally in 138 games fewer than the Spanish icon, who played for Real between 1994-2010.
Only Cristiano Ronaldo has scored more than the pair, with the Manchester United forward banging in an incredible 450 goals in 438 matches.
In what was another fantastic outing for Carlo Ancelotti’s side, Benzema notched up his 44th goal of the season in all competitions.
The LaLiga champions made light work of Levante, with Vinicius Jr helping himself to a hat-trick.

But he didn’t get involved in the scoring until it was already 3-0 after Ferland Mendy broke the deadlock in the 13th minute after being played in by Luka Modric.
Benzema quickly doubled Real’s lead from a Vinicius cross six minutes later, with Rodrygo putting the game beyond doubt in the 34th minute after another Modric assist.
And the Croatian midfielder got his third assist when he set up Vinicius to score from a tight angle on the stroke of half-time.
Vinicius, 21, tapped home another in the 68th minute and completed his hat-trick seven minutes from time, with Modric again the creator.

The result relegated Levante, who now sit bottom of LaLiga with two games to play.
Speaking after the match, boss Ancelotti said: “Vinicius and Karim played very well tonight, as they have all season.
“The whole team is doing a great job and this allows them to show their quality.
“Time has helped them both. They understand each other very well.”
