Good morning to Gunners fans

Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang might not be replaced this summer as Arsenal continue to be linked with Youri Tielemans.

Frenchman Lacazette is tipped to follow Barcelona new boy Aubameyang out when his contract expires at the end of the season.

And a third Gunners’ striker, Eddie Nketiah, is also expected to depart, with Crystal Palace and Newcastle reportedly keen.

But it’s claimed Gabriel Martinelli’s impressive progress could persuade boss Mikel Arteta to use the Brazilian as an out-and-out frontman.

Ahead of Saturday’s home Prem clash with Brentford, Arteta’s priorities include strengthening his frontline and the anchor role in midfield.

But starlets like Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe are now Arsenal’s main men.

And although Arteta remains keen on Real Sociedad’s Alexander Isak, he would love to save millions by avoiding splashing out on a proven forward.

Meanwhile, Leicester chief Brendan Rodgers has admitted he must be realistic about his chances of keeping Belgium midfielder Tielemans.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with the 24-year-old.

Reported Gunners’ target Armando Broja won’t rule out quitting Chelsea in the summer as the Albania forward shines on loan for Southampton.

Finally, ex-Arsenal playmaker Jack Wilshere could join Serie B side Como or a Greek Super League club this month.
